Our all-inclusive wedding packages give you exclusive access to the Stonefields estate on your special day.


Our packages include:

Venue:

  • Exclusive use of the Stonefields estate for up to nine hours.
  • Your choice of ceremony sites and use of the Loft.
  • Cocktail hour on the Loft Verandah and Outdoor Terrace.
  • Set up and tear down of selected venue spaces.
  • Use of the farmhouse Great Room and Badchild Pub for wedding party preparations
  • Wheelchair accessible spaces.

Your wedding menu prepared freshly on-site by the Stonefields culinary team:

  • Hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour.
  • A gourmet three-course meal.
  • One late night station.
  • Red Seal Certified Executive Chef and sous-chef.
  • Professionally trained wait staff and bartenders.

Table Settings:

  • Classic white table linens and napkins.
  • China dinnerware.
  • Flatware and glassware.
  • 3 votive candles per guest table.

Decor and Design:

  • Ceremony seating.
  • Marriage license signing table.

The minimum guest requirement for Saturdays (plus Sundays of long weekends) is 110 adults in 2018, and 115 adults in 2019. The minimum guest requirement for Fridays and regular Sundays is 85 adults and weekdays is 60 adults in 2018 and 2019. Smaller groups are welcome at an additional fee.
