We can host up to 220 Adults (including reception-only guests).
We welcome smaller groups, but we charge for the minimum number of Adults. Children and vendors are not counted towards the minimum required adult count
Yes. We won’t charge the per-person price for these guests, but you’ll need to pay for additional late-night snacks or bar fees for your extra guests if you pre-purchase a bar package. Reception-only guests should arrive around 9 pm.
We love dogs! Your dogs are welcome for outdoor ceremonies and photos, but they cannot join you indoors.

Yes, absolutely. Please tell us about any dietary restrictions when you confirm the number of guests in your final details form.
Yes. The ceremony and reception buildings are wheelchair accessible, including the washrooms. We also have some paved outdoor walkways and most of our outdoor spaces are flat.
There are a limited number of local taxis, so please plan ahead. We suggest hiring a shuttle service or using Responsible Choice to drive guests home in their own cars. Our preferred vendors list contains a variety of options.
Yes, up to eight guests – you and your wedding party – can stay at the Stonefields Farmhouse. The Farmhouse offers three guest rooms and a bridal suite, all included in your wedding package. Checkout is no later than 10 am. Learn about offsite accommodations for other guests.
You’ll need to hire an officiant, DJ, florist, photographer and wedding cake vendor, if desired. Some couples also hire a décor company.
Stonefields Loft has a state-of-the-art sound system, but you’ll need a DJ to manage sound during your event (including music for your ceremony site, cocktail hour, dinner and reception).
If you hire a DJ who isn’t on our preferred vendors list, please ensure they have commercial insurance. They must also bring equipment for the ceremony site, including wireless or lapel microphones, a sound board and speakers.
Your wedding cake and cupcakes may be brought in from third-party providers, but we take care of the rest. Our all-inclusive package includes cocktail hour canapés, dinner and late-night snacks prepared by our Executive Chef and culinary team.
Stonefields is a licensed establishment, so we cannot accept outside alcohol. We’ll manage and serve any alcoholic drinks on your wedding day, including beverages for the wedding party while they’re getting ready at the Farmhouse and Pub.
Yes. Any vendors that provide their services during dinner will need a meal – this normally includes your DJ and photographer, as well as your wedding planner if they attend the event. Vendor meal pricing depends on the year of your event.
Absolutely, we’d love to show you around. Please use our contact form or call 613-253-3313 to schedule a tour. We offer tours on weekdays and weekends based on availability.
We host events from early April through to the end of November. All our indoor spaces have heating and air conditioning. Please note that there is an additional fee of $2500 + HST for events held on statutory or special holidays such as Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day and Thanksgiving Day.
No. We want the day to be all about you. The Stonefields Estate is exclusively yours on your wedding day.

We welcome non-denominational and religious ceremonies of all kinds.
In order to secure your date, a $5,000 deposit is due. You can also choose to pay $2,500 when you book, then $2,500 due within 60 days of booking ● $5,000 is due eight months before your wedding ● $8,000 is due four months before your wedding ● The balance is due two weeks before your wedding and includes your chosen wine with dinner and any bar packages or bar estimates. All payments are non-refundable and must be paid as they become due.

Yes. We host two group tastings per year – one in the early spring and one in the late fall.
Yes. We offer 1-hour wedding rehearsals on the Wednesday before your wedding. Thursday weddings host their rehearsal at 1 pm, Sundays at 2:30 pm, Fridays at 4pm and Saturdays at 5:30 pm.

Couples and their wedding parties can get ready at the Stonefields Farmhouse and Badchild Pub. You can access these areas from 1:00 pm. You can also arrange in advance for drinks to be delivered by our team.
Ceremonies can be held outdoors in front of the Farmhouse or indoors at the Ceremony House. Ceremonies can also be held offsite, in which case your stay at Stonefields begins with cocktails at 4:30 pm.
If it rains, we’ll hold your ceremony in the Ceremony House, an elegant building equipped with heating and air conditioning. If you decide to have your ceremony outdoors and it’s cold out, we can provide blankets for some of your guests. Please advise them to dress appropriately for the weather.
